19. Repeal and Save

(1) Institute of Foreign Affairs Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2054 is repealed.
(2) The term of office of the executive director or other members other than ex-officio who are in place at the time of commencement of this order shall be counted from the date of his appointment. However, a member appointed on a basis other than the basis provided for in sub-section (2) of section 3 shall be deemed not to be automatically present.
(3) The employees who are in service at the time of commencement of this order shall continue for the duration of the contract period.
(4) Actions taken or taken in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed taken or taken in accordance with this order.
